5th Street/Independence Hall is a subway station in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania at the corner of 5th Street and Market Street, served by SEPTA's Market-Frankford Line.

The station is known as 5th Street/Independence Hall on the Market-Frankford Line. It is the only station on the line within the Center City Philadelphia limits where riders must exit the station and cross the street if they wish to travel in the opposite direction; no underground cross-walk is provided.

Riders departing at 5th Street/Independence Hall have easy access to such Philadelphia landmarks as the Liberty Bell, Independence Hall, the National Constitution Center, the National Museum of American Jewish History, the Philadelphia Bourse[1] and Philadelphia's Federal Courthouse.

As of 2011, 5th Street/Independence Hall Station is one of SEPTA's Market-Frankford Line stations to be wheelchair accessible.
