Release
The film released to negative reviews. Full Hyderabad criticized the story and stated that "Despite its vivacious name, Holi is perhaps the dullest movie of this year, save for its clean music".[2] Idlebrain gave the film three and of five stars and praised the performances of the lead actors, the songs, and the cinematography.[3]
