Martina Dominici (born 3 January 2002)[4] is an Argentine artistic gymnast. A senior gymnast since 2018, she has represented Argentina at the 2018 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships and the 2019 Pan American Games.[5]

She has qualified to represent Argentina at the 2020 Summer Olympics in the women's artistic gymnastics all-around event.[6]
