Gian Zola Nasrulloh Nugraha (born 5 August 1998) is an Indonesian professional footballer who plays for Liga 1 club Persib Bandung. Zola plays mainly as a central or an attacking midfielder but can also play as a winger.[1]
Some of the accomplishments that have been achieved, such as Asia-Pacific's best player in the tournament Manchester United Premier Cup (MUPC) in 2013 at the Trafford Training Centre, Carrington, Manchester, England.[citation needed]
Club career
Persib Bandung
He joined the Persib Bandung squad for the 2016 Indonesia Soccer Championship A after signing a four-year contract.[2]
In July 2018, Zola joined Persela Lamongan on a season-long loan.[3]
International career
He made his international debut on 21 March 2017, against Myanmar.[4]
Personal life
The name "Gian Zola" is taken from the famous Chelsea and Italy legend Gianfranco Zola.[5] He is currently also enrolled as a student at the Pasundan University, majoring Law.[citation needed]. His younger brother Beckham Putra also a footballer play for Persib
