Ottokar Runze (19 August 1925 – 22 September 2018) was a German film producer, director and screenwriter.[1] His 1974 film In the Name of the People was entered into the 24th Berlin International Film Festival, where it won the Silver Bear.[2] The following year, he was a member of the jury at the 25th Berlin International Film Festival.[3]
