Sarrud-e Jonubi Rural District (Persian: دهستان سررود جنوبي) is in the Central District of Boyer-Ahmad County, Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Aliabad-e Sartol.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 31,503 in 6,410 households.[3] There were 44,112 inhabitants in 10,918 households at the following census of 2011.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 53,726 in 14,197 households. The largest of its 84 villages was Sarab-e Taveh, with 11,195 people.[2]
