Poshteh-ye Zilayi Rural District (Template:Lang-fa) is in Sarfaryab District of Charam County, Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad province, Iran.
At the National Census of 2006, its population (as a part of Kohgiluyeh County) was 4,217 in 831 households.[3] There were 2,781 inhabitants in 660 households at the following census of 2011, by which time the district had separated from the county in the establishment of Charam County.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 2,416 in 635 households. The largest of its 50 villages was Mondan, with 593 people.[2]
