Sar Jangal (Template:Lang-fa) is a city in, and the capital of Kurin District of Zahedan County, Sistan and Baluchestan province, Iran.[3]

At the 2006 census, its population was 261 in 45 households, when it was a village in Shuru Rural District.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 490 people in 114 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,790 people in 501 households, by which time it was the largest village in its rural district.[2] After the census, the village was elevated to the status of a city.[3]
