Eliud Owalo is a Kenyan politician who has served as Cabinet Secretary for Information, Communication & Digital Economy in the Cabinet of Kenya since 2022.[1]

Early life and education

Owalo hails from Rarieda Constituency in Siaya County.[2] He is grandson of the founder of the Nomiya Church Johana Owalo.[3][4]

Owalo graduated from the University of Nairobi and Kenyatta University.[5]

Career

Owalo was the campaign manager for Raila Odinga in the 2013 Kenyan general election.[5]
