Ostry Kamień (Polish pronunciation: [ˈɔstrɨ ˈkamjɛj̃]) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Orneta, within Lidzbark County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) north-west of Orneta, 37 km (23 mi) west of Lidzbark Warmiński, and 54 km (34 mi) north-west of the regional capital Olsztyn.
Before 1772 the area was part of Kingdom of Poland, and in 1772–1945 it belonged to Prussia and Germany (East Prussia).
