Phyllobrostis eremitella is a moth in the family Lyonetiidae. It is found in Portugal, France (Alpes-Maritimes, Bouches-du-Rhone, Pyrenees-Orientales, Var) and Italy.

The wingspan is 9-9.5 mm.

The larvae feed on Daphne gnidium.
