Benjamin Bowman is an American Democrat politician who serves the 25th district on the Oregon House of Representatives. In the 2022 election, he won the seat, beating Republican nominee Bob Niemeyer.
Bowman went through the Tigard-Tualatin School District growing up. In 2019, at age 27, he became the youngest person ever elected to the district's school board.[2] Bowman, who is gay, then became first openly LGBTQ+ chair of the board.[3]
