The 2023–24 Liga 3 North Sumatra will be the sixth season of Liga 3 North Sumatra as a qualifying round for the national phase of the 2023–24 Liga 3. [1]

Followed by 13 clubs. The winner of this competition will immediately advance to the national phase.

PSDS is the defending champion after winning it in the 2021 season.[2]
