Thondar Congress (Volunteer Congress), a political party in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu. It was founded on March 6, 2001 by former Tamil Nadu Congress Committee president Kumari Ananthan. It was mainly based amongst the Nadar caste.

TC joined the NDA in the 2001 Tamil Nadu assembly elections. TC failed to make any success in the elections.

In September 2001 Thondar Congress merged with Congress.
