Chojty [ˈxɔi̯tɨ] (German: Choyten; 1929-1945: Koiten) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Dzierzgoń, within Sztum County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi) north-west of Dzierzgoń, 16 km (10 mi) east of Sztum, and 61 km (38 mi) south-east of the regional capital Gdańsk.

Before 1772 the area was part of Kingdom of Poland, 1772-1945 Prussia and Germany. For the history of the region, see History of Pomerania.
