Tirla is a village in Dhar district in the state of Madhya Pradesh, central India. It is located about 6 km west of Dhar.
Tirla is also the alternative name of the Bhumiate Rajput jagir of Nimkhera.

Tirla is known for its monuments to the dead who fell in a battle between the Mahrattas and the Mughals of Delhi in 1728.[citation needed].
