Biała [ˈbjawa] (German: Bial; Kashubian: Białówc) is a village in Gmina Miastko, Bytów County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland, on the border with West Pomeranian Voivodeship. It lies approximately 43 kilometres (27 mi) west of Bytów and 121 km (75 mi) west of Gdańsk (capital city of the Pomeranian Voivodeship).

From 1975 to 1998 the village was in Słupsk Voivodeship.

It has a population of 116.
