Oboth (Template:Lang-he-n) or Ovot (Orthodox Jewish Bible) is one of the places where the Israelites stopped during their Exodus journey as reported in the Book of Numbers.[1] They camped there between Mount Hor[2] and Ije Abarim (‘Iyei-Ha‘avarim) [3] when they resumed travelling after the death of Aaron.
The exact location is not known, but some scholars have concluded that it is the site known today as 'Ain el-Weibeh.[4]
