The 1969 British League Division Two season was the second season of second tier motorcycle speedway in Great Britain.[1]
Summary
The league expanded from 10 to 16 teams in its second season. Weymouth Eagles dropped out after just one season. The new entrants were Crewe Kings , Ipswich Witches , Long Eaton Rangers , Eastbourne Eagles , Doncaster Stallions , Rochester Bombers and King's Lynn Starlets . The Rochester team moved to Romford after the local council refused to give permission for racing.
Belle Vue Colts retained their title.

The 1969 British League Division Two Knockout Cup was the second edition of the Knockout Cup for tier two teams. Belle Vue Colts were the winners of the competition.[2]
