On 30 August 1911 she was transferred again, this time to the White Star Line and renamed SS Belgic, doing the Liverpool - Australia - Wellington service with emigrants for two years. In December 1913 she returned to the Red Star Line as SS Samland for North Atlantic cargo sailings. She did war service and was finally scrapped in April 1931.
  • SS Belgic (1914) (IV) was a passenger liner launched in 1914. She was transferred to the Red Star Line in 1923 and renamed SS Belgenland.
