Harlan Page Bird was a member of the Wisconsin State Senate.

Biography

Harlan Page Bird was born on August 2, 1838 in Bradford County, Pennsylvania. He was educated in public schools, and in his early life engaged in school teaching, land surveying, and bookkeeping.[1] During the American Civil War, he served with the 12th Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry Regiment of the Union Army.[2] He died on November 24, 1912 in Wausaukee, Wisconsin.

Political career

Bird was a member of the Senate from 1903 to 1911. He was a Republican.[3]
