Tamayodo is an album by the Japanese noise musician Merzbow.[1][2] It is described as "monotonic electro pulse-noise works by all analogue equipments."[3]
The title refers to a train station in Yorii near the end of the Tōbu Tōjō Line, which starts in Ikebukuro, Tokyo. The albums Grand Owl Habitat and Hatobana also have tracks named after other stations in Yorii. "Daraiko" (ダライ粉) means "Lathe Dust".
A different mix of "Tamayodo 1" called "wowowbird" was posted to Merzbow's SoundCloud on October 13.[4]
