Marhemetabad District

Marhemetabad District (Persian: بخش مرحمت‌آباد) is a district (bakhsh) in Miandoab County, West Azerbaijan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 23,700, in 5,718 families.[1] The District has one city: Chahar Borj. The District has two rural districts (dehestan): Marhemetabad-e Miyani Rural District and Marhemetabad-e Shomali Rural District.
