This is an old revision of this page, as edited by Phil Bridger (talk | contribs) at 19:59, 28 December 2018 (contest WP:PROD deletion - this has strong enough claims of potential notability, and many possible transcriptions to the Roman alphabet, so shouldn't be deleted without discussion). Abu Talal al-Qasimi was a militant executed in Cairo for his membership in the Egyptian Islamic Jihad. He was one of 80 people subjected to extraordinary rendition by the CIA prior the September 11 attacks and he was the first person sent to a third country with a record of torture.[1][2]
