Hepatocystis pteropti is a species of parasitic protozoa. The vertebrate hosts are mammals.

Hosts

This species was described in the Oriental fruit bats Pteropus gouldii, Pteropus conspicillatus, and Pteropus scapulatus.[1]

Distribution

The species has been found in Asia and Australia.[1]
