Esil (Kazakh: Есіл, Esil; Russian: Есиль) is a town in northern-central Kazakhstan. It is the seat of Esil District in Aqmola Region. It is located on the right bank of the Ishim River. Population: 11,551 (2009 Census results);[1]13,096 (1999 Census results).[1]
