Mahdasht (Persian: ماهدشت, also romanized as Māhdāsht; also known as Mardabad (Persian: مَرد آباد), also Romanized as Mardābād)[2] is a city in the Central District of Karaj County, Alborz Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 43,100, in 10,760 families.[3]

Mahdasht ّFault

Aria Shahin Mahdasht Football Club is an Iranian football club located in Mahdasht and plays in the Premier League of Alborz Province. Aria Shahin Mahdasht was the champion of the league in the province of Alborz in the 2018 season.

The city of Mahdasht has various sports disciplines, including the sport of the ferry, which have many supporters in the presence of Mohammad Aslani, the trainer of the Free Iranian Juvenile Forces team in the city.
