Blackwell Public School is a co-educational primary school in St Clair, New South Wales. The current principal of the school is K Hudswell, with Judith Wilson as the current deputy principal.

Blackwell have over 590 students at their school and run many programs such as PSSA Sport and 'Active After Schools Association'. The oldest primary school teacher in New South Wales taught in this very school. Arthur Lockley is the name of this teacher.
