Valeriy Oleksandrovych Chaly (Ukrainian: Валерій Олександрович Чалий); Valeri Aleksandrovich Chaly (Russian: Валерий Александрович Чалый; born 13 March 1958) is a Ukrainian and Russian football manager and a former player.^[1] He also holds Russian citizenship.^[2] He was the manager of FC Rubin Kazan.^[3]
