Esther Doughty Luckhardt (June 18, 1913 – January 14, 2011) was an American Republican politician and businesswoman from Wisconsin.

Luckhardt owned and operated a real estate and insurance business in Horicon, Wisconsin. From 1963 until 1985, Luckhardt served in the Wisconsin State Assembly, when she retired.[1][2]
