Elisenheim is a future residential area north of Windhoek, the capital of Namibia. It has been declared a township in December 2011. The first building plans for houses have been submitted to the City of Windhoek, and infrastructure such as roads, sewerage, and electricity installations has been put in place.[1]

The development of Elisenheim will cost more than a billion N$ in total and is the largest residential project in Namibia.[1]
