Koshoy (Kyrgyz: Кошой) is a village in the Chuy District, Chuy Region, Kyrgyzstan. Its population was 1,865 in 2009.[1] The former name of Koshoy was Kalinovka (renamed in 2002, Law of Kyrgyz Republic No.98 of June 10, 2002). It is the center of Ibraimov rural community (aiyl okmotu) that also include villages Kara-Oy, Kyzyl-Asker, Lenin-Jol, Taldy-Bulak.[2]
