Laura Vainionpää (born 11 April 1994) is a Finnish racing cyclist, who currently rides for Belgian amateur team S-Bikes Bodhi Cycling. She rode in the women's road race at the 2016 UCI Road World Championships, but she did not finish the race.

Prior to her cycling career, Vainionpää was also a member of the Finland women's national under-18 ice hockey team at the 2012 IIHF World Women's U18 Championship, playing at forward.
