William Stanley "Bill" Sissons (1 February 1901 – 28 June 1988) was an English footballer who made 74 appearances in the Football League playing for Lincoln City as a goalkeeper.[2] His career ended when he suffered a badly broken arm.[3] He later ran the post office in Langworth, Lincolnshire.[4]
Personal life
Sissons' cousin, Albert Sissons, and Albert's son Graham both played football professionally.[5]
