Ruś [ruɕ] (German: Reußen) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Stawiguda, within Olsztyn County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[2] It lies approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi) north-east of Stawiguda and 11 km (7 mi) south of the regional capital Olsztyn. It is located in Warmia.
The village has a population of 424.
The village has several historic houses, an old water mill and a Warmian old wayside shrine.
Before 1772 the area was part of Kingdom of Poland, 1772–1871 Prussia, 1871–1945 Germany, and again Poland since 1945.
