WXNM-LP (95.9 FM) is a radio station broadcasting a religious format.[1] Licensed to Erie, Pennsylvania, United States, the station is currently owned by Erie Christian Broadcasting, Inc. and features programming from Three Angels Broadcasting Network.[2]

At the time WXNM-LP was launched, the 95.9 frequency was open in the Erie market. WLTM launched in 2017, with a signal based in Mina, New York that is supposed to cover the city of Erie if not for the existence of WXNM-LP. As a low-power station, WXNM-LP is not supposed to be allowed to cause co-channel interference to full-power station such as WLTM; to date, the FCC has not yet ordered WXNM-LP to find a new, compliant frequency. (The use of a low-power license as a pass-through for a national network would also imply an abuse of the terms of license, which generally requires low-power FM stations to be locally based and programmed.)
