Putukwam (Utugwang-Irungene-Afrike) is a Bendi language of Obudu LGA, Cross River State, Nigeria.

Ethnologue lists dialects as Afrike (Utumane), Irungene (Obe, Mbe Afal, Eastern Mbube), Mgbenege, Ukworogung (Okorogung), Ukwortung (Okorotung).
