Viktor Oleksandrovych Zvyahintsev (Ukrainian: Віктор Олександрович Звягінцев, Russian: Виктор Александрович Звягинцев; born October 22, 1950 in Stalino) is a retired Soviet football player.

He's a member of the football congress of the unrecognised Donetsk People's Republic.[1][2]

Zvyahintsev made his debut for USSR on October 12, 1975 in a UEFA Euro 1976 qualifier against Switzerland (USSR did not qualify for the final tournament).
