Dolnja Košana (pronounced [ˈdoːlnja kɔˈʃaːna]) is a village west of Pivka in the Inner Carniola region of Slovenia.[2]

The Košana parish church in the settlement is dedicated to Saint Stephen and belongs to the Koper Diocese.[3]
