Richard Irvin (born July 1971) is a Republican member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 81st legislative district. In 2014 Irvin was able to defeat incumbent Mike Fleck, as a write in candidate, in the Republican primary election. Fleck still stood for reelection through, but as a Democrat.[3] Irvin went on to beat Mike Flick in the general election.[4]
Early life
Irvin attended school in the Juniata Valley School District[5] and got a B.S. in accounting from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania.[6]
Richard Irvin previously served as Huntingdon County's first Treasurer and the County Tax Claim Director from 1996-2013.[5][7]
Personal life
Irvin has a wife and four children.[7]
