"It Means Nothing" is a single by Stereophonics from their album Pull the Pin. It was released on 24 September 2007 and reached number 12 on the UK Singles Chart.

"Helter Skelter" is a cover version of the original song by The Beatles. The song is present on Bones: Original Television Soundtrack.

Meaning

On 11 October 2007 at the M.E.N. Arena, Manchester, on their Pull the Pin tour, Kelly Jones, the lead singer of Stereophonics, said that this song was written around the time of the London Bombings (7 July) and that it was about something stopping you in your tracks and making you appreciate what you have.
