Hong Uwon (Korean:홍우원, hanja:洪宇遠, July 29, 1605 - July 27, 1687) was one of the Neo-Confucian scholars, politicians and writers of the Korean Joseon Dynasty. His nickname was Nampa(남파, 南坡), a courtesy name was Gunjing(군징, 君徵).
