Sarad Singh Bhandari (Nepali: शरदसिंह भण्डारी) is a Nepalese politician. He was elected to the Pratinidhi Sabha in the 1999 election on behalf of the Nepali Congress.[1] When the Nepali Congress was divided, Bhandari sided with the Nepali Congress (Democratic).
