Jessica Klimkait (born December 31, 1996 in Whitby, Ontario) is a Canadian Judoka who competes in the women's 57 kg category[1]. In 2013 at the Cadet (U18) World Championship in Miami she became the first Canadian judoka to win an age group world championship[2]. She won gold at the 2017 Pan American Judo Championships[3].

Early Life

Klimkait began practicing judo at the age of five at the Ajax Budokan Judo Club after watching her older brother's involvement in the sport.[4]
