Jeremiah Briscoe (born August 15, 1993) is an American football quarterback who is currently a member of the Edmonton Eskimos. He played college football at Sam Houston State.

College career

Briscoe started his college career at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) in 2014 and transferred to Sam Houston State University after UAB's football program was cut.[1]

As a junior in the 2016 season, Briscoe won the Walter Payton Award after passing for 4,602 yards and 57 touchdowns.[2][3]

As a senior in 2017, Briscoe repeated as the Payton Award winner. He is only the 2nd player in FCS history to repeat.
