Royal Consort Geun-Bi of the Goseong Lee clan (근비 이씨) was the first wife of king U of Goryeo and the mother of U's successor, king Chang of Goryeo.She was from the Goseong Lee clan.

Biography

She was born in Goseong. Her father was Lee Rim who was a relative of Lee In-Im and her mother was Lady Hong. In April 1379 she married with king U of Goryeo and became his consort. In 1381 she gave birth to a prince, the future king Chang of Goryeo. Lee Rim became chancellor but was exiled in Chungju after dethroning of Chang. Since then, there is no record of her life.
