The 1999 Football League Third Division play-off Final was a football match contested between Scunthorpe United and Leyton Orient. The match was played at Wembley Stadium on 29 May 1999. Scunthorpe United won 1–0 to earn promotion to the 1999–2000 Football League Second Division.[1]
