Ryan Spain (born October 11, 1982) is a Republican member of the Illinois House of Representatives, representing the 73rd district which includes Bureau, Marshall, Peoria, Stark and Woodford counties in west central Illinois. A native of Peoria, he served as a member of the Peoria City Council. [1][2]
