Pappu Sain

Pappu Sain (Urdu: پپو سائیں) is a sufi dhol player. He performs every Thursday evening at the Tomb of Shah Jamal in Ichhra, Lahore, Pakistan.[1]

There is another man named Saqlain Abbas who plays darbuka at the same time. Pappu Sain plays dhol while Saqlain plays darbuka

and the band is known as Qalandar bass. Pappu sain is accompanied by his son Qalandar baksh and others.
