The Miss Rhode Island's Outstanding Teen competition is the pageant that selects the representative for the U.S. state of Rhode Island in the Miss America's Outstanding Teen pageant.

Caroline Parente of South Kingstown was crowned Miss Rhode Island's Outstanding Teen on May 5, 2019 at the Casino Theater in Newport, Rhode Island. She competed in the Miss America's Outstanding Teen 2020 pageant at the Linda Chapin Theater in the Orange County Convention Center on July 27, 2019 in Orlando, Florida where she received a Non-finalist Evening Wear/OSQ award.
